If success is the best revenge, then it looks like director Kathryn Bigelow is really raking it in. James Cameron's ex-wife (who was married to the famed director before he reportedly left her for "Terminator" actress Linda Hamilton) one-upped her old hubby last night in the awards race when she won Oscar Best Director Award for "The Hurt Locker"
The former spouses have gone head-to-head this season for their films, the culmination of which will be at BAFTA And although Cameron may have looked like the front-runner for the Oscar this year after winning the Golden Globe for his film “Avatar,” Kathryn snagged the Directors’ Guild Award only days later, and the two have been on even playing field ever since.
